This is not necessary. The car can be partially on the road if it does not obstruct traffic. Grass or soil? In the case of soil, the legislator provides for two cases. If it is artificially planted with vegetation (grass, flowers, etc.), stopping is prohibited, and committing a crime means a fine of 255 UAH.
