CAR RENTAL TERMS

Requirements for the client-driver:

• Age over 22;
• Driving experience over two years.

If you do not meet these criteria, our company can offer you an increase in the deposit after a personal interview at the car drop-off point. Required documents for renting a car for citizens of Ukraine:

• original domestic or foreign passport;
• original driver`s license.

List of necessary documents for foreign citizens:

• national or foreign passport;
• driver`s license or international license, where the name and surname are indicated in Latin.

WAYS OF PAYMENT

We offer various payment methods, namely: by cashless payment with VAT, payment by bank card, bank transfer or cash at our company office. Also, on our website in the "Payment" section, you can make a domestic or international transfer using the LiqPay system to our company`s account. Payment for car rental is made before the start of the trip or at the time of signing the contract for the entire period of car use. If you want to extend the lease term, you can choose any convenient payment method offered by our company. If you return the car before the rental period you have paid, we will recalculate based on the actual time of using the car.

DEPOSIT

Together with the payment for the use of the car, a pledge (deposit) for the car is also made. The deposit is paid in cash at the office of our company in a currency convenient for you (USD, UAH, EUR), confirmation of the payment of your funds is included in the contract, and they are returned to you after the end of the lease term in the same currency. Also, the deposit amount can be transferred to the company`s current account by transferring funds to the card. Also, all our clients can use the car rental service with a reduced deposit. The service includes full insurance, but in this case the rental price is higher than the basic one. This offer does not apply to all cars ー you can learn more about it from our managers.

CAR INSURANCE

Every car in our company is insured under the terms of mandatory civil liability insurance ー OSCPV. Full comprehensive insurance is paid separately for each day of rental at the request of the renter, this service applies to cars in our fleet from 2018. The cost of this service is an additional fee of UAH 100-200 for each rental day. You can find out more detailed information by calling us or asking in person at our company office.

DAILY MILEAGE AND ITS LIMIT

Daily mileage limit is 300 km per day. The total rental period for the entire period is calculated. For example, if you order car rental in Kherson for 10 days, then your permissible mileage should not exceed 3000 km. If you have exceeded this mark, then each additional kilometer of mileage is paid at 2-3 hryvnias. We do not provide the "Unlimited Mileage" service, but we can make you an individual offer and a unique price, details can be obtained from our managers.

Where do you refuel a rental car?

In order to avoid vehicle breakdowns, we recommend refueling cars only at official and network gas stations, such as: OKKO, WOG, Socar, Amic and Shell.

CAR USE TERRITORY

You can use a rented car in the entire territory of Ukraine, with the exception of uncontrolled territories, as well as directions where there is no asphalt surface. Check the list of prohibited destinations at the company`s office, call us or write to the messenger to receive the necessary information. Car rental is also provided for traveling abroad.

RENTAL PERIOD

The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). The countdown starts at the moment of signing the act of acceptance and transfer of the car. It is allowed to be late for 1 hour, if you delayed the car for more than one hour and did not warn the lessor about it, then he has the right to charge the lessee the amount for an additional, one more day of rental.

CAR WASH

We rent you a clean car that has undergone a comprehensive pre-wash. The lessee returns the car also after a comprehensive car wash or pays an additional 350-500 UAH at the time of returning the car (the amount depends on the car and the degree of its contamination). If the car is too dirty to inspect its condition, the lessor and lessee go to the car wash, after which they inspect the clean car for damage, etc.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT

In the event of an accident, you must immediately notify the company by calling the car drop-off point at the contact numbers listed on the website. After that, we will find the right solution together with you, we will quickly arrive at the scene of the accident if possible. Each situation is unique, and we advise you to contact our managers first. PROHIBITED It is forbidden to use the car to participate in any sports competitions, to tow other vehicles and teach other people to drive. It is also not possible to use a trailer or rent a car for taxi services. Subleasing the car, that is, to third parties, is prohibited. In case of illegal actions, the company can unilaterally terminate the rental agreement prematurely, seize the car without saving the payment and deposit. If the car was damaged during the rental,then the client bears full financial responsibility for it. The CATCAR company does NOT provide car rental with the right of redemption. ADDITIONAL PAID SERVICES

1. Full casco insurance.
2. Personal chauffeur.
3. Car seat for children.
4. GPS- navigator.
5. Receipt and return of the vehicle outside working hours. By prior agreement, we can accept or give out a car for an additional payment of UAH 200-500 (depending on the time).
